How has Music helped you during the Covid - 19 pandemic?
During this challenging period, music has been a form of comfort for many children and adults. Singing songs or playing an instrument or even listening to music can uplift your spirits and make you feel good inside.
I sing, play the piano and listen to music almost every day and I find that it helps me to feel better when I don't feel that great. It's also good to do musical activities with others in your household or with friends and family on-line too.
