A message from Mrs Ward

Dear Parents and Children,

The children are now fully back into school mode and are producing some fantastic work in their new classes.  Every week in liturgy. I select a random number in the register and those children share their books and work with me.  We discuss work that they have completed and talk about their targets.  I am delighted to say that I have been very impressed by the standard of work in their books and how they are able to reflect on what they have done well and what they need to work on for next time.

SMSA St Michael's Feast Day Celebration - Parent Volunteers

We are still looking for volunteers for the SMSA St Michael's Feast Day celebration on Friday 28th September to help set up the hall and also to help with some of the activities such as face painting and games.  If you can volunteer some of your time then please give your name and contact details to the school office.

We are hoping that the evening will be a a huge success and raise even more money for our playground project.  You will have all received an email explaining the new payment system we are going to trial on Friday 28th.  You will see on your School Money account that you can purchase adult tickets for the event up to a maximum of £5.  If you only require one ticket then please only pay £1, however if you are bringing other adults or family members then please pay for the corresponding amount of adults.  With regards to the food vouchers, you can purchase any denomination up to £25 and these will be given to you on the evening.  If you require more vouchers then additional ones can be purchased at the event.

Warmest regards

Mrs Ward
